Tanya at the Fair
{C}Outside Hia{F}wassee, at the {C}Georgia Mountain {Am}Fair,
{F}Bluegrass music {G}winging through the {C}Appalachian {Am}air,
That’s where {F}I met little {G}Tanya at the {F}Georgia {G}Mountain {C}Fair.
High over Lake Cha{F}tuge, in the {C}Appalachian {Am}air,
She was {F}selling cotton {G}candy as her {C}eyes beneath her {Am}hair
{F}Sparkled with the {G}music in the {F}Appa{G}lachian {C}air.
Outside Hia{F}wassee, at the {C}Georgia Mountain {Am}Fair,
She {F}danced across the {G}midway. Her {C}feet were long and {Am}bare
In the {F}leaves and misty {G}sunlight of the {F}Georgia {G}Mountain {C}Fair.
High over lake Cha{F}tuge, in the {C}Appalachian {Am}air,
She en{F}tranced me with her {G}fingers as one {C}plucks a dulci{Am}mer,
On a {F}rainy mountain {G}evening in the {F}Appa{G}lachian {C}air.
Outside Hia{F}wassee, at the {C}Georgia Mountain {Am}Fair,
{F}Bluegrass music {G}winging through the {C}Appalachian {Am}air.
That’s where {F}I found little {G}Tanya, at the {F}Georgia {G}Mountain {C}Fair,
